Return Policy
All items are final sale, unless there is a defect or issue with your product. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a concern.
If your jewelry arrives with a defect, we will happily replace it or issue a refund. Please provide photos of the issue so we can quickly resolve it. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us.
When Will I Get My Order?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Once your oder is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Please note: paying for express shipping speeds up delivery time, not the creation of your jewelry. Each piece is handmade with care, so production times are based on crafting and finishing process.
Custom or personalized items may require additional time. If a product has an extended processing window, it will be noted on the product description page. Otherwise, your order will ship within 3-5 business days.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35. For orders under $35, the exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Each Study features thoughtfully selected materials that align with the story and design of that collection. Depending on the piece, materials may include various levels of gold (plated, PVD, Vermeil), Sterling Silver, Brass, stainless steel, speciality beads, natural stones, and other curated elements.
We prioritize sourcing high-quality, nickel free components whenever possible. However, individual sensitivities vary, so we cannot guarantee a reaction-free experience for all skins types.
Because materials vary by Study, we recommend reviewing the details listed on each product page for specific metals and components.
